What is Radar and why do I need it to import or export?

Radar is your authorization to operate in foreign trade. Without it, your company cannot register imports or exports in Siscomex. Siscomex is the official system of the Receita Federal (Brazilian Federal Revenue). In practice, Radar authorizes the company and its officers to move goods with other countries.
