You opt for the Simples Nacional on the official portal. It can be done right after opening the CNPJ or at the beginning of the year. You must have no debts that would prevent enrollment. There is a specific deadline to apply, at the start of the year. This deadline changes each year, so confirm the current deadline with the accountant at TF Assessor.
